This idea is based around the ideas of growth, destruction, exclusion and time. Lueger was a deceptive man, a snake, and this statue wrongly attributes glory to him rather than the workers who built the various things for which he is credited. I would remove the lights that sit at the front of the statue, replace them with a lighting system that would highlight only the reliefs of workers and the tier below Lueger. With the growth of ivy over a period of years, Lueger would become unrecogniseable, blend into the background of the mature tree that sits to the North by the U-bahn entrance. Over a long period of time, the material of the statue would degrade. The subtlety of the growth would ideally raise questions among passers-by who were unaware of the dark history of this horrible man.
